Vehicles in Waterford

1. Speed limit 20 MPH. in Waterford
2. Obey all signs
3. No overnight parking on street (1 AM To 5 AM)
4. No blocking of driveways
5. No blocking sidewalk at any time
6. No parking on grass
7. No overnight parking at the pool
8. No vans, campers, RV’s, commercial vehicles (other than in connection with pick up and delivers) or inoperative vehicles shall be stored or parked within the property or on any lot. For purpose of this sub section, any vehicle weighing in excess of (1/2) ton payload capacity shall be conclusively presumed to be a commercial vehicle. Determinations as to acceptable motor vehicle shall be made in the sole discretion of the Board of Directors of the Association
9. No commercial vehicles (vehicles with writing on them) permitted to park overnight outside.
10. No Boats or trailers are permitted to be stored on any driveway, lawn, or common property.
11. No unregistered, expired, or unlicensed vehicles parked outside at any time.
12. No RV or large vans are permitted on Waterford roads at any time.

Waterford has odd-even parking in effect at all times.
Parking is only permitted on odd side of street on odd months, even side on even months.

This is a safety issue.
Our streets are not wide enough for emergency vehicles to get through if two cars are parked across from each other. This will be strictly enforced.

These rules apply to all residents, their guests, and contractors.
